A- My article has not arrived yet?

The delivery time is specified in the description of each product.
delivery is between 7 and 25 days in most cases.
If you have not received the product ordered after six (6) weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund you within 24 hours of your request.

B-Why is the delivery so long? 

Teybu.com is partner with manufacturers and wholesalers, to offer you competitive prices.

your order is shipped directly by our partners (manufacturers and / wholesalers) from their geographical area, South America, China, India, Spain, Italy, Portugal .....

C- I wish to cancel my order, is it possible?
You have 12h from the moment your order has been made to request a cancellation. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and we will refund 100% of the amount.

D- Missing items to my order, where are they?
We work with multiple vendors, when you order, each vendor takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). If you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same package.


E- Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we can ship all over the world.

F- My item is damaged, can I have a refund?

Absolutely, if your item is broken, you can return it to us and it will be refunded.

Attention for items on sale, we do not offer a refund, but a credit equivalent to the value of your purchase.
